Found one with the big trees and a white kitchen. The backyard looks promising, too. Sending you the photos—I think this is worth a look.

The seller’s agent confirmed the roof was replaced in 2022. I’m asking about the warranty next.

Love the house.
Leave the chasing to RESIDE.

Finding a home can be the fun part. Getting answers, arranging visits and figuring out what comes next? That’s where a little dedicated attention goes a long way.

01 / Look closer

“What am I missing?”

RESIDE studies the listing, photos and documents. It brings you the reasons to love it, the tradeoffs, and the questions worth asking.

A question worth askingThe kitchen is beautiful. Was the remodel permitted?
02 / Follow through

“Can you handle that?”

RESIDE reaches out to the listing agent, keeps track of the answer and follows up. A request stays open until there’s a real answer.

One less thing to chaseRoof age answered. Warranty details still in progress.
03 / Keep moving

“What happens next?”

RESIDE keeps the next step, the person responsible and the important dates together. You hear from RESIDE when there’s progress or a decision to make.

the Zillow habit.

Love browsing? Send me your finds. Want me to take the lead? Tell me what matters. Either way, you get the same thoughtful follow-through.

Done this before?

Let’s focus on the details this time around: your timeline, your current home, the tradeoffs and the loose ends.

First home?

Ask every question. We’ll unpack the unfamiliar parts as they come up, so you understand the decision in front of you.

Buying together?

Bring your partner into the conversation. RESIDE remembers what each of you cares about and helps make the tradeoffs clear.

A promising house deserves a closer look.

The kitchen caught your eye. Now let’s look at the roof, the tax bill and whether the price makes sense. I keep the reasons to love a home alongside the things we need to find out.

  1. 1Built in 1948. Were the windows replaced? Ask, don’t assume.
  2. 2Down $15k after 41 days. Ask what changed.

your kind of home

A house can check every box.
And still not feel like you.

Three bedrooms and a price range only get us so far. Show me a kitchen you love. Tell me why you passed on a place. I’ll remember the reasons, ask about the tradeoffs, and get more specific with every search.

Kitchen vs. extra spaceLet’s talk

“Got it. I’ll look for more character and keep the trees. Would you trade a little square footage for a kitchen you love?”

One useful question. A better next match.

  1. Look closer.

I work through full photo galleries for the details that matter to you—and the questions to answer before a tour.

  2. Learn the tradeoffs.

Location, layout, age, garden, bathrooms, pool—what matters most to you, and what can bend?

  3. Remember what matters.

Your reactions shape the next search. You can correct or edit your preferences whenever you like.

Photos help us ask better questions. They can’t verify condition, dimensions, or what’s outside the frame. A guess about your taste stays a guess until you confirm it.

A home search that keeps moving.

Sheet A-2 · From the search to the signature

More of the legwork, handled.

RESIDE can research homes, contact listing agents by email or text, route their answers to your purchase, and track the next step. Direct lender applications, inspection booking integrations and title ordering are still in development.

  1. 01 · Financing

    Ready before the offer.

Track your prep, documents and your lender's letter in one place. Next: a secure lender connection that carries the application forward. Your lender makes every credit decision.

  2. 02 · People

A familiar contact on the other side.

Questions, replies and follow-ups stay with the right house and buyer. Showing requests move from available times to your choice to confirmed access.

  3. 03 · Inspection

From a report to a decision.

The appointment, report, specialist questions and repair estimates, together. Next: arranging the inspection and following through with the right pros.

  4. 04 · Title & closing

    Know what's still outstanding.

See the people, paperwork and confirmed dates behind your purchase. Next: direct title updates, so missing documents surface before they cause delays.

House rules

(stuck to the fridge, where they belong)

  • Shows you where every fact came from.
  • Says so when it couldn't verify something.
  • Gets routine property questions answered; brings commitments to you and your broker.
  • Texts between 9 AM and 7:30 PM, only when there’s something useful. Text "pause check-ins" anytime.
  • Keeps track of open work, so you don’t have to send reminders.
  • Never signs, offers or waives anything without you.
  • Never asks for bank logins or wire instructions. Wire fraud is real; call your title company.
  • Never steers you based on who lives in a neighborhood.
  • Never promises a closing date before the people responsible confirm it.
  • Never pretends to be a person.

Fair questions

Do you look at every listing and photo?

I start with your preferences, area, budget and requirements, then screen the listings available from my sources. For the homes I review, I work through the full available photo gallery, not just a handful of cover shots. I keep track of missing photos and unanswered questions. Access varies by source, so I don’t promise that every home on the market is included.

How do you learn what I actually like?

Tell me what caught your eye in a listing or send a photo for inspiration. I look at the visible details, ask what matters to you, and remember your answers. A like on one house doesn’t mean you like everything in it. Your private preferences distinguish confirmed priorities from things I’m still learning.

Is RESIDE a real estate agent?

RESIDE is an AI homebuying assistant. It can do research and routine coordination; it is not a licensed agent. Representation, offer terms and contractual decisions stay with your licensed broker, and legal questions go to an attorney.

Will RESIDE text me too much?

It checks in when something needs you: a price change, a deadline, a document to look at, or to ask how a showing went. Never before 9 AM or after 7:30 PM, with a limit of three proactive updates a day. Text "pause check-ins" and it only replies.

Do I need an app?

No. RESIDE is a contact in Messages. For side-by-side comparisons it can text you a private page link that expires after a week.

Who sees my messages?

You, and the broker supervising your search. Your conversation, documents and notes are kept in your own buyer record, separate from everyone else's.

How accurate is the listing info?

RESIDE tells you where each fact came from and marks anything it couldn't check. Price and availability get confirmed with your broker before anything happens.

What can I use today?

Preference-led research, full-gallery photo screening, individual listing texts, document reading, payment estimates, listing-agent questions by email or text, showing coordination, and follow-ups. Your private workspace holds the details while Messages stays the main conversation. Representation and contract decisions come from licensed professionals.

Can RESIDE get me preapproved?

Not yet. Lender and title partnerships are in development. You can track your prep and save a letter from your own lender. RESIDE doesn't issue approval letters or make credit decisions, and saving information doesn't submit an application.

Will RESIDE contact agents and book inspections?

RESIDE can email or text a listing agent with routine property questions and showing requests, keep their answers with your purchase, and follow up. It only calls a showing confirmed after you choose the time and the agent confirms access. Direct inspection booking is still in development.

Can you find homes that aren’t on the big websites?

RESIDE can help investigate opportunities an agent is permitted to share with you, including coming-soon homes. Access depends on the listing, the seller’s permission and your broker’s local connections. We don’t currently have a comprehensive private-listing feed, and we won’t label a public listing “exclusive.”

How do I join?

RESIDE is working with a small group of invited buyers right now. If you were invited, text from the number you shared and it’ll know it's you.

Your next home.
A little less on you.

Send the listing you keep coming back to. Or tell me where you want to start. We’ll take it from there.
